Manager – HR (Factory)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure discipline and regular (daily) floor visit to ensure the productivity of staffs.
- Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Succession Planning.
- Maintain & update employee database, prepare and submit reports to Management.
- Manpower Planning, Change Management and Developing Organization Culture.
- ER, IR and Grievance Handling, Conflict management, Control the over staffing, Assessing risks.
- Team Management and Training, orientation.
- Performance Management System (PMS), Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
- Maintain salary report, Employee benefits and employee separation.
- Salary and organizational hierarchy structure designing.
- HR policy & regulations follow up and update.
- Operational and development activities including health and safety.
- Act as Strategic HR Business Partner and Consultant for planning / development.
- Post Graduation in Management/ HRM from reputed university.
- 7 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Factory HR Administration
- Good knowledge about labor law.
- Computer literacy is essential.
