Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure discipline and regular (daily) floor visit to ensure the productivity of staffs.
  • Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Succession Planning.
  • Maintain & update employee database, prepare and submit reports to Management.
  • Manpower Planning, Change Management and Developing Organization Culture.
  • ER, IR and Grievance Handling, Conflict management, Control the over staffing, Assessing risks.
  • Team Management and Training, orientation.
  • Performance Management System (PMS), Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
  • Maintain salary report, Employee benefits and employee separation.
  • Salary and organizational hierarchy structure designing.
  • HR policy & regulations follow up and update.
  • Operational and development activities including health and safety.
  • Act as Strategic HR Business Partner and Consultant for planning / development.

Educational Requirements
    Post Graduation in Management/ HRM from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Factory HR Administration
Job Requirements
  • Good knowledge about labor law.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
