Sr. Sales Executive (Generator Sales)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Enquiry generation, marketing & selling of Diesel Generators & related equipments.
- Monitor customer performances to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Daily Client/Market visit and reporting.
- Create new clients, door to door marketing and maintain liaison with existing clients.
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
- Visit the potential customers on regular basis.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
- Monitoring, review and report on all sales activities.
- Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
- Must be target oriented and able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Have to convince / managing power to talk with client.
- Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.
- Have to travel in any place or areas in & around the City as set by the authority.
- Masters in any discipline
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
- The applicants should have experience in the area(s) such as: Marketing, Sales.
- Dynamic, hard working & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Must have basic computer operation skill and have good command in MS Office Application.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to internal and external client requests.
- Candidate should be professional, dedicated, self-motivated and honest.
- Should be smart, Sincere and dedicated towards work.
