The Head of sales and marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing & new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. And also have knowledge about Distribution, Channel marketing, Supply chain, Logistics.
Act as a Head of Sales & Marketing Department of the organization.
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
BBA with MBA in Marketing Or BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with MBA in marketing from private/ public/ foreign educational institution (may be relaxed for deserving/ experienced candidates).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of marketing & sales as a Managerial position.
Good track record in education.
Vast knowledge in ground level marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
Strong analytical skill.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Energetic, Smart and willingness to work under pressure.
