Job Description / Responsibility
  • Analysis & Summary preparation of monthly Showroom sales.
  • Showroom Day book Entry & Report.
  • Petty cash maintain, control suspense accounts.
  • Daily money requisition to Head Office.
  • Ensure that all account balances, Received/paid.
  • Preparing & Maintain of companies Asset register.
  • All voucher entry to Tally
  • Preparation of Factory cash vouchers – Day of arrival
  • Compilation of monthly credit bottle & box statement – 12th of next month
  • Monthly journal entry for SD and VAT on closing stock – by 2nd of next month
  • Monthly Trial Balance posting to tally – day of receipt
  • Voucher file maintain – sales voucher – continuously
  • Cheque writing for payments
  • Inventory Maintenance by Tally Software
  • Showroom Audit by the 15th Day of month
  • Any others as and when assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
    B.Com or Graduation in accounting background from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts, Finance, Cash Management
Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Practical working experience in Tally, SAP, ERP add advantage.
  • Fresher Also Can apply.
  • Ability to work independently and to able work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Job Location: Singhair, Manikganj
  • Sound knowledge in computer skill on MS Excel, Tally, SAP, ERP.
