Maintain and update HR software on a regular basis; maintain records of over 2500 employee.
Manage all payroll activities for all employees.
Manage and implement all the compensation policies of the organization including annual increments and incentives.
Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy.
Prepare different HR reports as per management requirement.
Updating and maintaining personal file, leave record, attendance, overtime etc.
Minimum B.B.A/ M.B.A in HRM from a recognized university.
PGDHRM from BIM is highly preferable.

Should have sound knowledge on KORMEE Software.
Excellent command over English (both in oral and written communication).
Candidate must have proper knowledge and usage experience in computer applications (MS word, MS Excel etc).
