Responsible for Plant HR & Administration activities.
Able to handle industrial relations and CBA independently.
Assist Head of the departments to take decision in handling HR and Administrative related issues.
Able to maintain QMS & EMS related documents .
Coordinate with internal departments time to time.
Post graduate in any discipline with PGDHRM

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Analytical ability with good command in report writing.
Good command in MS Office.
Understanding knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 as amended uptodate.
Should have experience in ISO QMS & EMS Standards.
Good knowledge in compensation & Benefit.
Having practical working experience in settling chartered of demand with CBA will get preference.
