Head of Service Assurance & Experience
Major Responsibilities
  • Lead roadmap, architecture and business process of IT and Network service assurance and quality management project and initiative; Innovate and implement new ideas and QoS testing methodology as per International Telecom Standards & Specifications bodies and world best practices
  • lead analyze and identify the root causes of network & IT Service related issues for both speech and data network of Banglalink; Highlight improvement/degradation trends and recommend actions to the cross functional stakeholders
  • Lead Technical validation of the technology performance dashboard and network benchmark project; Find out the improvement areas and initiate by managing internal project with stakeholders
  • Validate district, national highway, and division wise 2G & 3G data KPIs reports along with Coverage maps for necessary actions for Network Planning and Network Operations team
  • Manage appropriate KPI based reporting for several target groups to ensure the Network & IT Service Performance; Lead a team to Track the changes of the network quality resulting from day to day operational activities
  • Lead Network Health Check & Trend Analysis as part of continuous network monitoring to ensure data service quality
  • Monitor customer complaint trend & lead team to take necessary measures for proactive support for handling epidemic issues; ensure level 2 technical support for customer complaint handling team
  • Monitor the service quality of the VIP customers through dedicated tool; Analyze & troubleshoot Corporate & VIP customer technical support
Required Academic Qualifications
  • BSc in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering/Telecommunication
Required Experience
  • 11-15 years of experience including 5-6 years of relevant experience to the Telecom Industry
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Extensive working knowledge in Service Domain of telecom specially into IT and/or Network domain
  • Advance knowledge of business process flows, IT Systems and applications including Digital Applications as well as data and voice area of network
  • In-depth & Working knowledge of Project Management
  • Strong know-how of benchmark & network auditing
  • Comprehensive familiarity with analytical skills on network problem solving
  • Extensive know-how of leadership
  • Sound knowledge on 2G & 3G wireless technology
  • Strong familiarity with technical & IT KPIs
  • Moderate understanding of Customer Experience Systems, Probes and Quality tools
