Job Description / Responsibility
  • Conduct training needs analysis in micro/macro level to determine the appropriate/actual area of gaps where need to do development interventions.
  • Develop training calendar & roll out plans to ensure on time training programs throughout the year.
  • Hands on expertise to develop curriculum, lesson plan and module.
  • Develop training materials / tools to ensure smooth delivery of training content.
  • Ensure proper facilitation, monitor & administrate training management for effective learning.
  • Forecast & prepare annual training budget & ensure proper execution as per approved budget to minimize the cost
  • Develop & execute training programs which reflect company strategic objective & ensure various awareness programs align with company needs.
  • Modification of various training modules periodically.
  • Analyze post training impact to measure the effectiveness of training programs through operational, behavioral & cultural change within employees in regular basis.
  • Prepare and execute of Talent Development Road Map to meet the organizational objectives.
  • Ensure various orientation programs such as VMV, COC, performance appraisal (PA) to create awareness & ensure proper understanding among the employees.
  • Support & ensure all kinds of development initiatives.
  • Conduct continuous awareness program.
  • Bridge between employers and employees through employee engagement initiatives
Job Nature


Educational Requirements
  • Masters in HRM/ MBA (Major in HRM)
  • PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in HR Department out of which minimum 3 years in a managerial position
  • Hands on Experience in Learning and Employee Development are required.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be excellent in speaking and writing Bangla and English.
  • Ability to work under change centric environment and manage challenges.
