Job Description / Responsibility
  • Supervise and monitor TB HIV collaborative activities of the Tuberculosis Control Programme in field level through extensive field visit
  • Coordinate with Government (NTP, NASP, other Government part), PNGO’s and technical partners for smooth implementation TB HIV activities
  • Provide technical support and take measures for capacity building of the programme staff
  • Ensure the collection and analysis of monthly and quarterly TB/ HIV report from the fields and provide necessary instruction, feedback and support to the field staff and provide report to NTP and NASP
  • Ensure regular supply of test kits in BRAC HIV Testing and Counseling (HTC) Centres and assure quality of HIV testing
  • Attend in TB meeting at different level and share field findings for taking appropriate measures
  • Assist in proposal/ concept note development along with other documents (budget, work plan etc.)

Educational Requirements
  • MBBS from any recognised medical college with BMDC registration.
  • Candidates having MPH will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 35 year(s)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of public health is required
  • Sound Knowledge in public health field.
  • Good communication proficiency both in English & Bengali
  • Adequate skills in computer applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge on programme presentation
  • Able to coordinate with other stakeholders
